S.M.Design Services Ltd was established in 2006, we are totally independent asbestos suveyors, i.e. not part of an asbestos removal company. This means you can be sure of impartial advice. All our surveyors have more than 20 years experience in the construction industry.

We take pride in being very competitive whilst also delivering a first class service. We can carry out Asbestos management surveys(Type2) and also demolition/refurbishment surveys(Type3), our subsequent reports are normally delivered within 10 days.

S.M.Design Services are available to carry out survey work throughout Ireland and Scotland. We are based in Derry, N.Ireland. Recent projects have been carried out throughout Ireland on many high profile buildings and projects. We are available to carry out surveys from Dublin to Galway and from Cork to Donegal, we will provide a written estimate for any project.

Our survey work and subsequent reports are carried out in accordance with HSG 264.
